5 m³/day Industrial RO Water Treatment System — KWX 141

Description

The Kavir Sabz KWX 141 industrial RO water treatment system has a nominal capacity of 5 m³, equivalent to ۵۰۰۰ litres of treated water per day. Feedwater analysis, operating hours and the required treated-water quality are assessed before selection. Nominal capacity does not replace a technical assessment of the project conditions.

Selecting a 5 m³ industrial RO system

For a quotation, specify daily water demand and peak-hour consumption. If water is stored in a tank, also provide its volume and the system’s operating hours to the technical team. The final proposal should state the conditions used to select the system and which equipment is included in the order.

KWX 141: ECO, PRO and PRO Max series

• ECO: Cast-iron feed pump, steel frame, one multimedia sand/carbon filter and a membrane with internal grade B. This economical series is mainly suitable for TDS below ۱۵۰۰ ppm.
• PRO: Stainless-steel feed pump, membrane with internal grade A, and separate sand and carbon filters.
• PRO Max: Stainless-steel frame and pumps, membrane with internal grade A+, and separate sand and carbon filters with automatic backwashing.

Membrane grades are Kavir Sabz’s internal classification; all membranes are new. Final component brands and specifications are determined when ordering. For TDS of ۳۰۰۰ ppm or higher, do not assume a standard configuration is suitable: contact the technical team for a design assessment.

KWX 141 warranty and service

The warranty runs from installation and commissioning: twelve months for ECO, eighteen months for PRO and twenty-four months for PRO Max. Consumable filters and membranes, and damage caused by incorrect operation, voltage fluctuations, improper maintenance, or modifications and servicing by other individuals or companies are excluded.
Installation of industrial systems is free for cash purchases and charged separately for non-cash purchases. Operator training is free; transport costs are the customer’s responsibility. Lifetime after-sales service is available throughout Iran; this does not mean a free lifetime parts warranty.
